We are currently looking for a:
Mechanical Propulsion Engineer
with a strong passion for high-performance and
motorsport
applications to join our team on a strategic project within the automotive sector. The role focuses on the development and optimization of propulsion systems in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop mechanical components related to propulsion systems (engine, transmission, driveline)
Support performance optimization and validation activities for high-performance vehicles
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, simulation, testing, and manufacturing
Contribute to component integration within the overall vehicle architecture
Analyze test data and propose engineering improvements
Participate in prototype development, testing, and troubleshooting activities
Ensure compliance with technical specifications, performance targets, and project timelines
Requirements:
~ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
~2-5 years of experience in propulsion systems, preferably within automotive or motorsport environments.
~ Strong understanding of mechanical design principles and high-performance systems
~ Experience with CAD tools (e.g., CATIA, NX, or similar)
~ Familiarity with testing, validation, and data analysis
~ Passion for motorsport and high-performance engineering
~ Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in dynamic, fast-paced teams
~ Fluent English required
