Within the Mid-Market Cyber Security team, Account Success Management is critical—ensuring every client engagement delivers measurable value while unlocking growth opportunities across the portfolio. What You’ll Do

Own client relationships, retention, and account growth for cyber security needs of clients Lead onboarding and sales-to-delivery transition Collaborate with technical teams during delivery Drive upsell, cross-sell, and renewals Manage account health, reporting, and stakeholder engagement

Experience in account management or customer success with cyber security experience Strong stakeholder management and commercial skills Understanding of technology or cyber environments
