MSCA Postdoctoral Fellowship 2026 University of Bologna welcomes postdoctoral researchers of any nationality, with an excellent track record, to apply to the European Commission Marie Sklodowska-Curie (MSCA) Postdoctoral Fellowships 2026.

Selected candidates receive a competitive salary plus mobility and family allowances if applicable, and a contribution to cover research, training and networking costs. The research project will have a duration of 2- or 3 years.

Research Project Elisa Baroncini, Full Professor of International Law at the Department of Legal Studies of the University of Bologna, invites early‑career post‑docs to work on Critical Minerals and International Economic Law (focus on the EU approach), the WTO Reform Process, the European Parliament, US Congress & International Trade & Investment Law Agreements, Plurilateral Tools & the Multilateral Trading System, the Tariff Wars and US Agreements on Reciprocal Trade.

Applications are especially welcomed from candidates with a strong background in International Law, International Economic Law, EU External Relations Law, EU Trade Policy and Sustainability Issues.

Support Selected candidates will receive special support for proposal writing and development.

Application Requirements Send a short motivation letter briefly illustrating a proposed research project, an updated CV, and at least one recommendation letter from a Professor in Law in one of the above fields.
