Night Front Desk & Guest Experience Lead

Experimental Roma is seeking a proactive Night Front Office Agent to manage guest reception and guest relations during the night shift, and to handle reservations.

You will welcome guests warmly, ensure smooth check-ins and check-outs, and support daily operations while maintaining the hotel’s standards of service. Fluent in Italian and English, with proficiency in Opera PMS and Microsoft Office.
