Experteer Overview As Principal Risk Engineer, you shape risk management solutions for GC&C, coordinating with global and local teams to deliver high-quality risk engineering outcomes. You will drive data quality across risk activities and lead global risk engineering projects, strengthening the value proposition of risk services for internal and external clients. You collaborate with stakeholders to align country initiatives with group strategy while advancing loss prevention initiatives. This role combines technical leadership with cross-border influence to scale risk capabilities across geographies. Retribuzione / Benefits Provide global support for countries with technical expertise Develop a holistic technical approach to risk management for a specific line of business Create risk engineering reports for GC&C globally Define and manage processes to support business needs Drive and contribute to global risk engineering and loss prevention initiatives Identify business opportunities and emerging risks and structure risk management solutions Define, implement and promote the risk engineering value proposition Balance services to be flexible and cost-effective Collaborate with global and country stakeholders to enable successful outcomes Own and contribute to global risk engineering projects Track global KPIs and improve data quality and reporting Provide monthly management reports to the Global Head of Risk Engineering Responsabilità University degree in Engineering / Risk Management related discipline Strong technical experience in Marine, Casualty, Energy, or Construction / Engineering At least 10 years’ risk engineering experience Strong insurance industry knowledge Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to foster lasting relationships across functions and geographies Strategic thinking with ability to execute under time constraints Influencing, negotiating and stakeholder engagement skills Analytical and organizational skills Attention to detail and high standards in report writing and services Fluency in English; additional languages (Italian) advantageous #J-18808-Ljbffr
