In this role, you will support FAO Investment Centre work by aiding the planning, development and monitoring of investment programmes with development partners. You will liaise with stakeholders, prepare project documents, and contribute to policy and analytical work. Field missions and budget coordination are part of the remit, with an emphasis on delivering results in a multilateral, international context. This is an opportunity to shape investment in sustainable agrifood systems at a global scale. Retribuzione / Benefits

Participate in the development and monitoring of assigned programmes and projects; provide technical/administrative support and track follow-ups Review and monitor preparation of project documents, reports, and inputs to publications Contribute to planning, monitoring and reporting on results achieved through projects and capacity development activities Contribute to production of analytical tools, background papers, analyses, or concept notes Coordinate budget and funding activities (preparation, submissions, reports) and prepare related documents Produce communication, advocacy materials and outreach content Assist in policy development, including analysis of issues, trends, and partner requirements Undertake field missions as required (consultants) Perform any other related duties as required Responsabilità

Advanced university degree in relevant fields For category C: at least 1 year; category B: at least 5 years; category A: at least 10 years of relevant experience in results-based project/programme planning and monitoring Working knowledge (level C) of English, French or Spanish; limited knowledge of another language is asset Experience in results-based project planning and monitoring, project support and monitoring, and budget/financial planning Experience in multilateral and international agencies and familiarity with UN system procedures Ability to coordinate with development partners and produce analytical/reports
