PROJECT DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (F/M) Position based in Rome, Italy Permanent contract Within the development department, you will develop utility‑scale photovoltaic plants from greenfield stage through ready‑to‑build status, ensuring compliance with regulations, technical feasibility, and economic viability. Your main tasks will be: TO DEVELOP RAW LAND UTILITY SCALE PHOTOVOLTAIC PROJECTSConduct land analysis and feasibility studies to evaluate technical, environmental, and economic constraints. Assess permitting requirements and negotiate land agreements, contracts and manage the end‑to‑end permitting process while ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.TO COORDINATE WITH GRID OPERATORS AND STAKEHOLDERSLiaise with public administrations, local authorities, and community representatives to build project acceptance. Negotiate and manage agreements with grid operators and other technical partners.TO COLLABORATE WITH CONSTRUCTION MANAGERSTransfer ready‑to‑build projects to execution teams with complete documentation and provide technical and administrative support during transition to ensure continuity.TO MONITOR PROJECT PERFORMANCEFollow timelines, budgets, and milestones; prepare executive‑level reports for decision‑making.
