In this role you drive end-to-end delivery of complex Medical IT projects in healthcare, aligning technical solutions with clinical workflows. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, clinicians, and external partners to deliver value across RIS, PACS, and related Digital & Automation tools. You’ll ensure regulatory compliance and post-implementation support, focusing on long-term client success and service governance. This position offers national scope in Italy, with travel and a chance to shape digital healthcare delivery. You will work in a collaborative Siemens Healthineers environment that values innovation and patient outcomes. Retribuzione / Benefits

End-to-end project delivery for Medical IT initiatives (public and private clients) Stakeholder coordination among IT, clinical staff, and vendors Ensure alignment with clinical processes and regulatory standards (ISO/IEC, GDPR) Post-implementation technical point of contact for clients Service level and account governance as System Owner Financial control to protect project margins Account growth through promotions of new solutions and renewals National coverage with travel for client visits and training Responsabilità

5+ years in Project Management and Client Management in Healthcare IT strong ability to analyze and manage IT system architectures University Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent (preferred) excellent written and spoken English and Italian autonomy, initiative, and business-driven mindset analytical and clear communication for technical and non-technical audiences
