Experteer Overview In this role you will lead the pre-construction phase for data centre projects in Rome, shaping design development, permitting, and procurement strategies. You will coordinate with clients, design teams and internal stakeholders to align design with budget and programme. You will identify and mitigate design, commercial, and logistical risks before construction starts, and work with estimators on cost planning and value engineering. You will create robust handover packages to set the delivery team up for success.
