We turn our client’s complexities into value, through agile governance programs and change management frameworks. **Responsibilities:*** Assist in interviewing Clients, identifying business issues and proposing solutions.* Assist in documenting and designing processes to increase efficiency (decrease lead time, increase throughput, reduce cost, etc.).* Help on the creation of an impact in the client’s organization to develop and transform their business and IT strategies.* Assist in creating roadmaps describing as-is and to-be customer environments.* Contributes to proposals, bids, Statements of Work and other deliverables using a concise, professional writing style.* Contribute to shaping, preparing, and delivering client presentations, workshops and proposals.* Coach and support individual clients focusing on their personal success.* Identify risks and assumptions and shapes program governance.* Take part in large Digital Transformation engagements with cross-functional teams;**Requirements:*** Bachelor’s or Master degree in one of the following areas: Computer Science, Computer engineering, Management Engineering, Statistics and Mathematics.* Previous experience in Management Consulting domain (Public Sector)* Italian mother tongue and Good English (both oral and written).* The ideal candidate has relational and analytical skills, with constant focus on the goals, team-working ability and proficient Italian and English (both oral and written).Work Location: **Rome** (RM) with smart working possibility**Why Join Us****Offer Package**The position offers a gross annual base salary starting from €48,000.
