Experteer Overview
In this role you will define and own the global QA strategy for the IIAB platform, lead a central QA organization and align local testing with corporate standards. You will gate quality through the full testing lifecycle, deliver consolidated dashboards to senior management, and push continuous improvement of test automation and left-shift initiatives. The position sits within Generali Operations Service Platform (GOSP) and partners with country QA leads to ensure consistent high quality. You help shape product quality and risk management across a multi-country environment.

Define and implement the global Test Strategy, policy and methodologies for the IIAB platform
Lead and manage the central QA team (Test Automation and Performance Specialists), setting objectives
Select, manage and optimize central testing tools (Test Management, Automation, Performance)
Interface with Country QA Leads to provide standards, guidance and support
Govern the full testing lifecycle with defined entry/exit quality gates
Provide final QA Sign-off to Release Manager as gatekeeper of quality
Produce consolidated quality dashboards and reports for senior management
Drive continuous QA improvement, focusing on test automation and left-shift
Assess product and QC system performance to identify deficiencies and propose corrective actions
Oversee investigations of customer complaints and non-conformance issues
Responsabilità
Master's degree in computer science, engineering or equivalent
7+ years in Quality Assurance with at least 3 years in a management role
Proven experience defining test strategies for complex, multi-country platforms
Strong expertise in test automation, non-functional testing, and test management tools
ISTQB Advanced Level or Test Manager is highly preferred
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and QA in a DevOps culture
Experience with performance and/or security testing is a plus
Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes
Proven work experience in software development and software quality assurance
