Joining our team means being part of a human-centered environment where every interaction matters.The RoleWe are looking for a passionate and service-driven Front Office Agent to become the welcoming face of our property.In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a seamless, personalized, and memorable experience from arrival to departure.Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome guests with professionalism and warmth Manage check-in, stay, and check-out procedures Handle guest requests promptly, anticipating needs whenever possible Provide information about hotel services and local experiences Support Front Office operations and administrative tasks Contribute to guest satisfaction and service excellence Promote hotel services through upselling and cross-selling activities RequirementsPrevious experience in a similar hospitality role Fluent in Italian and English (additional languages are a plus) Strong interpersonal and communication skills Attention to detail and organizational abilities A natural attitude for guest care and service excellence Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage priorities Team-oriented mindset Working ConditionsFull-time position (40 hours per week) Shift work, including weekends and holidays What We OfferThe opportunity to be part of a unique boutique hospitality project A dynamic and collaborative work environment Training and development opportunities Real possibilities for professional growth
