Regional Demand Planning Manager – Maternity Cover

Dolce & Gabbana, a leader in the world of luxury fashion, has an exceptional career opportunity within the in-house Beauty Division based in the HQ in Milan. To cover a maternity leave, we are currently looking for a Regional Demand Planning Manager to join our EMEA team in Milan, reporting to the Head of EMEA Business Development and Planning.

About the Job Support Regional and Local teams in translating periodic forecast by year / customer / franchisee in detailed database by line / SKU / month. This role will be the main point of contact between commercial local teams and HQ supply chain departments.

Collect / analyze sell-in / sell-out data - shape and disseminate analyses and syntheses to help decision makers to drive business activity.

Conduct sales analysis with multifunctional teams (supply chain, planning, go to market, commercial, finance, BI team). Combines internal & external, financial and not financial data.

Responsible to update recurrent reports and create new specific ones on Clients / Business evolution and analyze the data in order to make recommendations to management.

Analyze sales evolution by comparing actual results with forecasts and targets on new launched products / lines.

Implementation of processes and development of tools to streamline and enhance the communication channel between HQ and the Regions.

Data competency – the ideal candidate is a Microsoft Excel master. Big data programming languages (e.g. VBA and / or SQL) will be considered a plus.

About You You have 4+ years previous experience within a similar role within a similar environment.

Preferably coming from the beauty industry.

You are a hands‑on Business Planning and Analysis partner who thrives in an unstructured, fast‑paced and creative environment.

You are proactive, have strong attention to detail, able to work independently and strive for success.

You are a great communicator and build internal and external relationships easily.
