I’m working with a global manufacturer to hire a Regional Sales Manager to drive growth across Central Italy’s industrial sector.

This role focuses on high-performance interconnect solutions used across applications such as automation, machinery, robotics, and industrial equipment. It offers a mix of strategic account management and new business development within a technical, solutions-led environment.

You’ll have full ownership of the region, responsible for building and executing growth plans, strengthening relationships with OEMs, distributors, and end users, and identifying new opportunities across the industrial landscape. Close collaboration with distribution partners and internal engineering teams will be key to supporting design-in activity and securing long-term project wins.

Key responsibilities: Drive sustainable growth across the Central Italy industrial market Build and expand relationships with key stakeholders across the region Partner with distributors to maximise market coverage Support customers through specification, design-in, and application stages

Requirements: Proven background in technical sales Degree in Electronic Engineering preferred Experience working with OEMs or industrial/manufacturing customers Commercially driven, proactive, and comfortable managing a field-based territory
