Experteer Overview In this Associate Partner-level role, you establish and lead Aon’s Rewards Division in Italy, combining data-driven solutions with advisory services. You drive growth, manage the Rewards portfolio P&L, and build a local team while integrating data-driven offerings with the broader Aon portfolio. You lead strategic client discussions with HR and C&B leaders and deliver high-impact consulting engagements. The role blends data analytics with strategic consulting to improve compensation insights for Italian organizations. Retribuzione / Benefits Define and execute growth strategy for Rewards in Italy, focusing on data-driven offerings and advisory services Build and develop a high-performing local Rewards team with recruitment, coaching, and performance management Manage Rewards P&L across Italy, including revenue growth, pricing, costs, forecasting, and profitability Integrate Rewards with the broader Aon portfolio in Italy, collaborating with country leadership and other teams Lead commercial development of salary surveys and data acquisition in Italy, expanding participation and data quality Provide actionable insights from survey data to inform pay levels, structures, and policies Lead business development for Rewards in Italy, including pipeline, client targeting, proposals, and deal closure Represent the company at conferences and client events and build thought leadership on Rewards and pay topics Lead sophisticated technical discussions on market benchmarking, total rewards strategy, job architecture, incentive design, pay transparency, and trends Coordinate and deliver Rewards advisory projects with quality, on-time, and on-budget outcomes Mentor and develop team members, aligning with global Rewards and Talent Advisory teams Responsabilità Extensive experience in Rewards or Compensation & Benefits with deep technical expertise in surveys, benchmarking, job frameworks, and incentives Experience in consulting or advisory firms with a track record of selling and delivering engagements and leading stakeholders P&L or business-line experience, including revenue growth and profitability decisions Proven business development skills: pipeline, sales leadership, and closing deals with large/mid-sized organizations Strong leadership and talent development experience in a professional service or data-driven environment Excellent communication and influencing abilities with HR leaders and executives Experience working in international/matrix environments across countries and practices Experience with AI-enabled tools and analytics for data-driven decision-making and efficiency Fluency in Italian and English; additional languages a plus University degree or equivalent in Economics, Business, HR, Finance or related fields; postgraduate qualifications useful #J-18808-Ljbffr
