- Build sincere and lasting relationships with clients.
- Drive client loyalty through a deep understanding of their personal style and personalised post-purchase follow-up.
- Develop the client database and encourage personalised appointments with our advisors.
- Represent the brand with commitment, acting as a true Brand Ambassador.
Contribute to the performance of your boutique:
- Achieve the quantitative and qualitative targets set by Management.
- Analyse and monitor performance indicators (KPIs).
- Master the LIVY sales ceremony as well as the features and benefits of each product line.
- Share your passion for the brand and collections through inspiring storytelling.
- Maintain excellent stock management to optimise client advisory and service.
Contribute to operational excellence:
- Apply cash desk procedures with accuracy and rigour.
- Efficiently manage deliveries, stock movements and participate in rolling and biannual inventories.
- Maintain a structured and fluid organisation, ensuring an impeccable client experience.
Enhance the boutique image:
- Implement visual merchandising guidelines.
- Create an environment aligned with luxury standards.
- Ensure at all times a flawless and refined visual presentation.
