Sales Development Representative (SDR) – EV Charging (AC Charging – Domestic/Home Solutions)Languages Required: Bilingual in Italian & English Salary: €35 K + up to 50% uncapped commission Our client, a fast-growing company in the EV charging and energy sector, is looking for a high-energy, hunter-minded Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support expansion across Italy within the domestic AC charging market. This is a pure outbound, front-line prospecting role focused on generating and qualifying new business opportunities. You will be the first point of contact in the sales process, responsible for identifying potential customers, engaging them through cold outreach, and booking qualified meetings for the Business Development team. This role is ideal for a junior-level sales professional (0–2 years experience) who is hungry to learn, thrives in high-activity environments, and wants to build a career in a fast-scaling EV and energy business. Drive high-volume outbound prospecting (cold calling, email outreach, Linked In, and market engagement)Identify and qualify new business opportunities across installers, electrical contractors, wholesalers, and distribution partners in Italy Generate a strong, consistent pipeline of qualified leads for the BDM team Book meetings and hand over high-quality opportunities to senior sales colleagues Maintain accurate and structured CRM records (pipeline activity, lead qualification, notes)Stay close to market trends and competitor activity to identify new prospecting angles 0–2 years experience in sales, business development, or lead generation roles~ Strong hunter mentality – proactive, driven, and comfortable picking up the phone~ High energy, resilience, and motivation to build a career in sales~ Exposure to EV charging, solar, energy, or electrical sectors Experience in outbound sales, telesales, or lead generation roles Familiarity with selling to installers, contractors, or distribution networks Basic understanding of CRM tools and structured pipeline management Highly organised with attention to detail in CRM usage Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken)Based in Milan or Turin, with occasional travel if required Clear progression path into Business Development / Account Executive roles Work within a high-performance, supportive commercial team
