Resina Partners is supporting a leading Italian
engineering plastics compounder
in the search for a
Sales Manager
.
The company
A compact, agile plant specialising in engineering plastics and custom compounds for injection moulding applications.
The role:
The role is part of a
structured
succession plan
of 12-18 months, with the objective of gradually
taking over responsibilities
from a senior commercial colleague.
The position includes a
progressive onboarding
and shadowing phase, alongside
increasing autonomy
in developing new business opportunities.
Key activities:
Support the management of an existing portfolio of customers and distributors, alongside a senior commercial colleague
Gradually develop new business opportunities in the Italian and international markets
Work closely with technical and production teams
What we’re looking for: 5+ years experience in sales roles
Previous experience in the plastics industry is a strong plus
Fluent English, both written and spoken
Availability to travel in Italy and abroad
