Job Title:
Sales Operations Manager | International
Location:
Rome, Hybrid
Reports To:
Vice President, International
Languages:
English (C1/C2). Italian is a plus.
Introduction:
Our client offers the legal way to show movies and TV in public or commercial spaces across the globe in more than 28 countries. As Sales Operations Manager, you will own the CRM, the data, reporting and processes that depend on it - across the international Blanket and TBT business in more than 10 countries with over 60+ commercial employees.
This is a foundational, hands-on role focused on building our client’s International's CRM and data backbone. The international team has historically lacked a dedicated sales operations function; building it is a core part of the 2026 plan. You will partner closely with the Sales Director, the Chief of Staff and the territory sales leads to bring discipline, consistency and visibility to how international sales runs.
Your mission:
To build, run and continuously improve the CRM and data foundation of the international sales engine so that every territory operates from the same source of truth and the management team can make decisions with confidence.
Key responsibilities:
CRM ownership and standardisation:
Own the day-to-day administration, configuration and continuous improvement of the international CRM
Lead the international CRM standardisation programme: harmonise data structures, processes and adoption across all territories
Define and enforce data quality standards across the sales team
Manage CRM integrations with marketing, finance and operational systems
Take on hands-on operational tasks as required - lead imports, campaign setup, list management, data clean-up - this is a sleeves-rolled-up role, not a purely strategic one
Reporting, dashboards and analytics:
Build and maintain weekly, monthly and quarterly CRM-driven sales reporting for the international management team
Own pipeline, forecast and territory roll-up reports drawn from the CRM
Develop dashboards and management views that help leaders identify issues and opportunities early
Support ad-hoc analytical deep-dives drawn from CRM and sales data
Process and enablement
Document, standardise and continuously improve CRM-related sales processes - pipeline management, deal review, lead routing, data hygiene
Support the rhythm of the business: weekly business reviews, monthly forecasts, quarterly business reviews
Support sales enablement and onboarding for new commercial hires across territories - CRM training, process documentation, data orientation
The ideal profile:
4–7 years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, CRM administration or commercial analytics
Deep CRM expertise (HubSpot, Salesforce or equivalent) — administration, configuration, reporting, integrations, data architecture
Strong Power BI skills (or equivalent — Tableau, Looker), used to build production-grade dashboards and management reporting
Willing to travel up to 10% of your time
Advanced Excel/Google Sheets; comfortable working across large datasets
Process-oriented: track record of designing, documenting and rolling out CRM-driven processes across multiple teams
Pragmatic and hands-on: equally comfortable in CRM admin, in a forecast model, in writing process documentation, and in executing operational tasks (lead imports, campaign setup, data clean-up)
Excellent communication skills — able to translate data into clear, decision-ready insight
Fluent business English (C1/C2). Italian welcomed but not required
Industry background flexible: B2B SaaS, media, professional services, subscription or recurring revenue businesses are particularly relevant
What they offer:
Permanent (CCNL Commercio) €40.000 - 43.000 base (14 months) + 15% bonus on objectives
Meal vouchers, company laptop and phone
The opportunity to build a CRM and sales-operations function from the ground up, not maintain an existing one
Direct visibility with the Sales Director, the Chief of Staff and the VP International
A genuinely international remit across 10+ markets
A clear progression path as the international team scales
