Responsibilities Become the Trusted Technical Advisor for both Qualys Partners and internal Qualys Partner teams. Develop Qualys Partner Services, build Managed Security Services, and integrate 3rd‑party systems/tools. Help partners build joint solution architectures, adopt the Qualys platform, and expand service practices. Provide guidance on product architecture, deployment, operations, and troubleshooting. Train and enable partners on existing and new Qualys solutions, monitoring and ensuring partner technical readiness. Identify recurrent needs and develop scalable technical enablement initiatives/programs/engines. Act as the main technical liaison / escalation point between partners and Qualys product PMs / SMEs. Advocate for key technical issues on behalf of partners. Monitor and improve partner satisfaction KPIs. Create, support, and execute scalable operational mechanisms for certifications, partner portal, and product launches. Coordinate and deliver an enablement calendar virtually and in‑person for key partners. Skills BS / MS degree and strong technical SAS background, 5+ years of relevant hands‑on experience. Proficient in the cybersecurity market, key vendors, and competitive landscape. Excellent understanding of technical sales activities and partner enablement experience. Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize. Self‑starter with a "can‑do" attitude and passion for leveraging technology to solve business problems. Continuous learner in order to achieve and maintain technical thought‑leadership. Experience with Microsoft products, SFDC, Asana, and PRMs. Excellent cross‑functional collaboration and coordination abilities. Requirements – Must Have Experience and skills with partner/alliance engineering, support, and enablement. Strong networking knowledge (TCP/IP, routing, L2/L3/L4+ technologies, design and ops troubleshooting). Strong OS expertise (Windows, Linux, MAC, hypervisors – admin level, OS architecture, key issue troubleshooting). Strong cloud knowledge (AWS, Azure, GCP – securing I/P/S‑aa S workloads, cloud architectures, best practices). Strong security experience (firewalls, IDS/IPS, EDR/EPP, patching, asset management, certificates, web apps). Experience building & operating AM/VM/PC/PM programs, workflows, key metrics, and best practices. Experience with Cyber‑Risk frameworks, prioritization/remediation, scanning/reports strategies. Broad understanding of cybersecurity threat landscape and attack techniques. Hands‑on experience with key industry vendors in all required technology domains. Additional Requirements – Desired Dev Sec Ops: experience with CI/CD pipelines, shift‑left strategies, security scanning & tooling. Container Security: experience with Docker, CI/CD, orchestration, scanning, and reporting. SOC: experience in Security Ops, Incident Response, Threat Hunting, malware forensics. Web Apps: experience in Dev Sec Ops best practices and OWASP top 10 web app scanning. Good understanding of GRC strategies/tools, threat intelligence, SIEMs, XDR, IC/OT security.
