Responsabilità

Define strategies, roadmaps, and benchmarks for Cyber Security and Business Resilience aligned with standards (NIS2, DORA, ISO 27001, ISO 22301). Conduct Risk Assessment and Risk Quantification using data tools (Power Query) and automated reporting (Power BI). Assess and implement Business Continuity Management systems and drive continuous improvement. Perform Business Impact Analyses and develop continuity plans. Create risk indicators and dashboards (KRI, KCI, KPI) for ongoing monitoring. Develop tools to support Top Management decisions (AI, Power Automate, Python). Analyze megatrends to anticipate future impacts and shape scenarios. Develop Crisis Management solutions and support regulatory adoption (DORA, NIS2, CER). Manage AI-related risk and collaborate with other practices for integrated client solutions. Lead delivery and evolve the value proposition for the practice.

Requisiti fondamentali

Master’s degree in Engineering, Economics, or Mathematics Proven experience in Risk Management Excellent command of Microsoft 365 Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Good communication and interpersonal skills Teamwork and coaching mindset Good commercial and business development skills Certifications (CISSP, CISM, CBCM, CISA, ISO27001, ISO22301) are a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills Teamwork and coaching mindset Problem solving and analytical thinking Power Query Power BI Power Automate
