Overview

In this role you drive strategic growth for Premier Research by managing key accounts and creating tailored solutions that accelerate biotech, medtech, and pharma programs. You will lead cross‑functional efforts to win and expand client engagements, including RFPs and proposals, while collaborating with international teams and partners. You own the Italy and Switzerland territory, shaping regional business development and client strategy. You will contribute to medical innovation that improves patient outcomes in a fast‑paced, mission‑driven environment. Responsibilities

Maintain and grow key accounts with direct management and targeted client interactions Support Account Managers and Operations by developing strategic client solutions Formulate account strategies and tactics with Account Managers and therapeutic leaders, including RFPs and client presentations Ensure proposal quality through selective review for assigned accounts Collaborate with international teams and European partners on client activities Oversee Business Development for Italy and Switzerland with full territorial ownership Requirements

Bachelor's degree in scientific discipline Minimum seven years in Business Development sales or account management in the CRO industry Experience with Phase I through Phase IV drug development Experience working in Italian/Swiss markets Fluent in Italian and English
