Chief Financial Officer
The CFO will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities
Deputy CFO, ensuring strong alignment with the corporate finance team.
Oversee financial planning,
financial data (balance sheet, P&L, cash flow) and develop KPIs to
analysis of financial reports, ensuring compliance and strong internal
controls
investments, M&A, new academies)

Degree in Finance, Economics,
Proven experience in senior
High proficiency in English and
fluency in Italian; Experience with Microsoft
Experience with private equity funds or scale-up
