Senior Manager - Strategic Advisory & Corporate Finance

Overview

Prometeia is seeking an experienced professional to join its Strategic Advisory & Corporate Finance team. The team primarily serves financial intermediaries within the FIG market across various industries. Responsibilities

Lead working teams on multiple project initiatives. Oversee day‑to‑day management of complex client projects, client relationships, and commercial processes. Analyze client contexts and market environments, including competitors and industry trends. Apply financial, economic, and market knowledge to deliver insights. Develop economic‑financial and equity projections. Identify and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for business performance. Assess the economic value of banking and industrial operators, individual branches, and portfolios within extraordinary operations. Prepare documentation for business development and expert opinions as an independent third party. Build estimation models and perform quantitative analyses on economic‑financial and equity aspects. Qualifications

Degree with excellent marks in economics, finance, or engineering‑management subjects. At least 6‑7 years of experience advising banks, financial intermediaries, or companies on corporate strategy and extraordinary finance matters. Fluency in English; knowledge of a second foreign language is a plus. Strong leadership, teamwork, analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills. Location

Bologna, Milan, or Rome (preferred). Compensation & Benefits
