We are looking for a highly qualified

Privacy Officer

to join the Privacy Department at

Angelini Pharma

. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in managing personal data protection in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), combined with a strong knowledge of corporate policies and applicable regulations in the areas of privacy and information security. The ideal candidate will bring at least 6-8 years of experience in international and multidisciplinary environments, with the ability to provide both strategic and operational guidance on data protection matters, as well as expertise in training and raising awareness among company personnel on privacy and data security topics. Key Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with personal data protection regulations (GDPR) and corporate policies on privacy and data security Act as the primary point of contact with supervisory authorities and data subjects, ensuring effective and timely communication Provide strategic and operational advice on privacy and data security matters to various business departments Monitor and assess data protection risks, developing and implementing appropriate mitigation measures, including Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs) and Legitimate Interest Assessments (LIAs) Coordinate and oversee fraud management activities and ensure proper handling of data subject privacy requests Draft, update and maintain documentation and records related to personal data processing, ensuring compliance with regulations and best practices Plan and deliver training and awareness programs for company personnel on personal data protection and information security Support corporate digitalization and innovation projects, applying knowledge of artificial intelligence and emerging technologies related to data processing Work closely with Legal and IT teams to ensure information protection and resolution of data breach issues. Education: Master's degree in Law, preferably with a specialization in privacy law, data protection, new technologies, or international regulations. Other Requirements At least 6-8 years of experience in similar roles, preferably within international or complex corporate environments. Previous experience as a Privacy Expert, Legal Counsel, or GDPR Attorney will be considered a plus. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, with a strong problem-solving orientation and capacity to work independently. #J-18808-Ljbffr
