Translate customer requirements into technical solutions that address business issues Ensure project delivery within time, cost, quality, and scope constraints Define success criteria and objectives with stakeholders, ensure technical feasibility and quality Manage resource availability and allocation; coordinate internal resources Develop and monitor detailed project plans and status tracking Manage scope, schedule, costs, and escalations with proper verification Develop and manage project dependencies; identify and mitigate risks and issues Set up project governance, deliver status reports and presentations Maintain comprehensive project documentation Drive revenue forecasting and recognition Proactively own value realization for customers Cultivate relationships with customers for future account sales Collaborate with global project managers to improve PM efficiency Responsabilità

6+ years of relevant project management experience Experience with SDDC, Virtual IT infrastructure, cloud, hybrid, or hyper‑converged tech (2+ years preferred) Strong client‑facing and interpersonal communication skills C‑level management and communication experience Excellent project planning and scheduling abilities Solid organizational skills with attention to detail and multitasking Proficiency with Microsoft Office and documenting project plans using PM tools PMP / PRINCE II certification a plus Agile project management understanding a plus Experience with change management in dynamic professional services projects Past Professional Services experience a plus Internal customer relationship management experience a plus Excellent Italian and English communication skills Willingness to travel within EMEA up to 25%
