Senior Real Estate Portfolio Manager (Hospitality)

Tether is seeking a seasoned Real Estate Portfolio Manager to manage an approximately $1 billion portfolio of real estate investments. You will oversee third-party managed funds and directly held assets, focusing on performance monitoring and accountability.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 8–12 years of experience in real estate investment management and strong financial modeling skills. This is a high visibility role that requires outstanding stakeholder management capabilities as well as the ability to challenge assumptions and hold partners accountable.
