The successful candidate will play a central role in supporting, optimizing, and enhancing SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) and Materials Management (MM) processes within a fast-paced FMCG environment. This role requires deep functional expertise in SAP S/4HANA, proven experience integrating SAP with satellite systems, and strong stakeholder engagement across multiple business functions.Key responsibilities* Provide senior-level support and consultancy for SAP SD and MM modules.* Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP solutions.* Support and optimize end-to-end Order-to-Cash (OTC) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.* Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Sales, Procurement, and IT to improve processes and outcomes.* Lead configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support activities in SAP S/4HANA landscapes.* Manage and maintain integrations between SAP and third-party/satellite systems to ensure reliable data flow and process efficiency.* Drive incident resolution, conduct root cause analysis, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.* Support project delivery, system enhancements, upgrades, and transformation programs.* Produce and maintain functional documentation, process maps, and end-user training materials.* Serve as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders, promoting SAP best practices.Required skills & experience* Senior-level experience as an SAP SD/MM Consultant with a proven track record.* Strong hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA.* In-depth knowledge of SAP SD and MM functional capabilities and configuration.* Demonstrated experience with SAP integrations and working with satellite systems.* Experience in the FMCG or similar high-volume, fast-paced industries.* Fluency in Country (mandatory).* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.* Experience in operational support and business-facing environments.* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.* Familiarity with SAP integration technologies and middleware solutions.* Solid understanding of Supply Chain and Logistics processes.* Experience in global or multi-country SAP deployments and support.* SAP S/4HANA certification is advantageous.Personal attributes* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.* Ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.* Proactive, solution-focused mindset.* Strong organizational and prioritization abilities.* Comfortable working independently and collaboratively within a team.* Able to perform effectively in a fast-moving, evolving business environment.What you’ll bring* A customer-centric approach with a clear focus on delivering business value.* Ability to translate between technical teams and business stakeholders.* Leadership and mentoring capabilities to support junior team members.* Continuous improvement mindset with an emphasis on operational excellence.To apply, please provide a résumé outlining relevant SAP S/4HANA SD/MM experience and examples of integration or transformation work in multi-country or fast-moving consumer goods environments.
