As Service Manager, you lead Maritime Surveillance/GEOINT operational services for national and international clients, ensuring performance and continuous improvement. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams to meet PI/KPI targets, guarantee quality of imagery analysis, and support mission‑critical decision‑making. You will engage with clients to translate needs into technical requirements and stay abreast of imaging tech trends. This role offers impact in global maritime surveillance and a chance to shape service delivery across diverse environments.

- Plan, execute, and monitor Maritime Surveillance/GEOINT reporting projects within scope and budget
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including imagery analysts and GIS specialists
- Oversee operational services to meet or exceed KPIs and contractual obligations
- Collaborate with clients to translate needs into technical and functional requirements
- Ensure quality of imagery analysis through QC and verification processes
- Manage communication among clients, vendors, and internal teams
- Identify and mitigate project risks throughout the lifecycle
- Provide training and technical support to clients and end users of Maritime Surveillance/GEOINT solutions
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of imaging technologies and industry trends
- Support mission‑critical decision‑making in diverse maritime environments
Responsabilità
- Bachelor's degree in a STEM field with geospatial and remote‑sensing foundations
- ≥5 years of experience in Maritime Surveillance/GEOINT project management
- Experience coordinating multi‑sensor imagery workflows (EO/IR/SAR)
- Advanced knowledge of imaging technologies and analytical toolchains
- Strong project‑management skills with Agile/Scrum experience
- Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination in classified/mission‑critical settings
- Robust analytical and problem‑solving abilities with attention to geospatial accuracy
- English proficiency at least B2, with strong written and oral communication
