Could you be the full‑time onsite Installation Supervisor in Roma, Italy, we’re looking for? Your future role Take on a new challenge and apply your engineering expertise in a new cutting‑edge field. You’ll work alongside innovative, diligent, and collaborative teammates. You'll ensure the efficient preparation and monitoring of the Installation works as outlined in the Project Installation Management Plan. Day‑to‑day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Engineering, Test & Commissioning, Health & Safety), managing and organising the installation team/activities and/or subcontractors, and much more. Supervise on‑site activities to ensure compliance with the Project Installation Management Plan. Ensure that all installation activities comply with health and safety regulations and company standards. Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to align installation activities with overall project timelines. Manage and organise subcontractors to maintain high levels of productivity and quality. All about you Experience or understanding of project management principles and practices. Knowledge of railway signalling systems and their installation. Familiarity with Health & Safety regulations and compliance in an engineering environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage teams and interact with stakeholders. Proven ability to plan and schedule complex activities. Availability to work on field for major part of the work‑time (90%).
