Staff Engineer- Structural Design- Fully Automatic Coffee Machine

Job Summary:

This role play pivot role in R&D for fully automatic coffee machines, managing the entire development process, and solving technical challenges.

Key Responsibilities: Conduct research and development for new coffee machine technologies and platforms. Lead innovation efforts by analyzing overseas market trends and user characteristics. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers. Drive breakthroughs in new technical fields with a strong sense of teamwork. Qualifications: At least 10 years of experience in structural development for pressure coffee machines, with a preference for experience in fully automatic models. Strong innovation, analytical, and communication skills.
