CSA Supervisor Milan, Italy (On-site) 10/4 rotation, all travel and accommodation provided

About the Role We are seeking an experienced CSA Supervisor to join a major data centre project in Dublin. The successful candidate will be responsible for the coordination and delivery of Civil, Structural and Architectural work packages, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently and in line with project requirements.

Responsibilities Manage CSA work packages across civils, fit-out, roofing and cladding Oversee day-to-day site operations and subcontractor activities Coordinate with Project Managers, Planners, Consulting Engineers and Architects Monitor site progress against programme and manpower requirements Lead site safety management in conjunction with the project safety team Support QA processes and ensure project documentation is maintained Review construction drawings and setting-out details for accuracy and buildability Manage CSA snag lists, punch lists and close-out activities Attend site meetings, planning meetings, coordination meetings and handover meetings Support change management, including cost and programme impact

Requirements 7+ years’ relevant construction experience Previous experience delivering large-scale CSA projects Experience managing civils, fit-out, roofing and cladding packages Ability to manage CSA teams and subcontractors Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience preferred but not essential
