Temp Relief Captain — 30m Private/Charter Yacht Med-Carib

Bluewater Yachting seeks a Relief Captain to join a fully refitted 30m private/charter sloop currently based in the Mediterranean. The role is temporary, spanning 15 September to 21 October 2026, with duties aboard a four-crew vessel for up to six guests. Requirements include 3+ years sailing, STCW, ENG1 and YM Offshore, with salary DOE. The itinerary covers the Med this summer and Caribbean in 2026/27, with Maltese flag and Mediterranean operations.
