Experteer Overview In this role you will drive sales growth and market penetration for Ormco and Spark Clear Aligner in Tuscany/Umbria. You will cultivate distribution partnerships, train peers and customers, and manage tender-focused opportunities to realize revenue. You work closely with cross-functional teams to align product launches and feedback with marketing and sales policies. This role offers hands‑on field engagement, strategic development, and the chance to shape regional growth within a global orthodontics leader. Retribuzione / Benefits Visit assigned customers regularly to promote products, share new product information, and gather feedback Build long‑lasting relationships and drive revenue growth with tender regions, DMUs, and affiliated orthodontic specialists Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas Qualify potential customers as sales prospects for the corporation Understand and support the corporation's sales policies to provide effective treatment Advise marketing on new product ideas and extensions for evaluation Follow corporate policies on customer entertainment and relations Review and report customer complaints and recommend corrective actions to the Region Sales Manager Collect and report competitive information to Marketing Management Prepare periodic reports (weekly call, weekly expense, periodic general reports, and other assigned reports) Responsabilità Strategic view on business development and proactive training of peers and customers Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in an unstructured environment Experience operating in an international environment Native Italian language skills and intermediate English proficiency Previous experience in Dental/medical devices, life sciences or pharmaceutical industries (preferred) Proficient with Excel and CRM systems At least 3 years of sales and/or general business experience Willing and able to travel with a valid driver’s license (company car) Requisiti fondamentali company car international exposure travel opportunities field‑based role sales incentive potential collaborative team culture #J-18808-Ljbffr
