Order Support Specialist (Italian Speaker) | Remote | Portugal Are you fluent in Italian (C1/C2) and English (B2+) ? Join the Order Support team and help deliver an exceptional customer experience by supporting online orders in a dynamic back-office environment.

Location Remote from anywhere in mainland Portugal Company equipment provided Company accommodation available for international candidates relocating to Portugal

What You'll Do Handle complex Apple online order cases and escalations Investigate and resolve order-related issues Communicate with customers via phone and email when needed Work with internal teams to ensure fast and accurate resolutions Maintain accurate records using SAP and internal systems ✅ Requirements Italian C1/C2 (written & spoken) English B2 or higher Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Strong attention to detail Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment SAP knowledge is a plus (training provided) Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays

Working Schedule 40 hours per week

Training Paid training in English Full product and systems training Ongoing support throughout onboarding
