Are you an experienced HR professional looking for an opportunity to make a real impact within a global manufacturing organisation?

We are looking for an ambitious HR Manager to lead the people agenda across three manufacturing sites in Southern Italy, partnering with operational leaders to drive business performance, employee engagement, and organisational growth.

The successful candidate will join with a clear pathway to progress into a Senior HR Manager – South Italy position.
What You'll Be Doing
As a trusted business partner, you'll work closely with site leadership teams to deliver both strategic and operational HR support across multiple manufacturing sites.
Your responsibilities will include:
Partnering with senior leaders to align people strategies with business objectives.
Leading organisational change, restructuring, and organisational design projects.
Supporting workforce planning to meet changing business demands.
Managing complex employee relations matters and building positive relationships with trade union representatives.
Ensuring compliance with Italian employment legislation and collective bargaining agreements (CCNL Metalmeccanici).
Driving learning, leadership development, and succession planning initiatives.
Coaching managers to build high-performing, engaged teams.
Using HR data and insights to support business decisions and continuous improvement.
Championing best practice across all areas of the employee lifecycle.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for an experienced HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and enjoys partnering with leaders to deliver real business impact.
You’ll ideally have:
Significant HR experience within manufacturing, industrial, or production environments.
Experience supporting multiple sites.
Strong knowledge of Italian employment law and industrial relations.
Experience working with trade unions and employee representative bodies.
A proven track record of leading organisational change and transformation.
Experience in talent development, succession planning, and leadership coaching.
Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
A commercial mindset with the ability to balance operational priorities with people-focused solutions.
Willingness to travel regularly between sites across Southern Italy.
