Overview

Our client is a fast-growing Italian company, both in terms of revenue and headcount, also driven by ongoing acquisitions. It is a leader in formulating and manufacturing high-end chemical raw materials. Customers are major Italian and international industrial companies.

For the upgrading of the Sales Department, we are seeking:

Sales Back Office & Customer Care

The ideal resource has at least 2/5 years' experience in a similar role or as Inside Sales, in medium-sized and international companies.

Main activities and responsibilities

  • Managing orders and customer data;
  • Supporting after-sales activities and preparing offers for B2B customers;
  • Handling customer requests on orders, deliveries and invoicing;
  • Interacting with the Italian Sales Network to manage priorities and updates;
  • Liaising with production and warehouse to check product availability;
  • Monitoring deliveries and coordinating with logistics, supporting shipment organization (timing, transport, documents, customs);
  • Solving issues related to supply and deliveries;
  • Reporting activities when needed.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in the role, or similar one.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, ideally Dynamics 365.
  • Advanced knowledge of the English language (B2 - C1);
  • Experience in CRM / Sales Back Office systems is a plus.

Communication skills, customer focus, problem solving, and accuracy complete the profile.

Place of work: Milan centre - P.za Cinque Giornate area – MM Tricolore

1 day smart working per week.
