IQM Selezione is recruiting, on behalf of an international company operating in the electronic and electromechanical components sector, a:

Sales Engineer – Northern Italy

The selected candidate will be responsible for developing sales opportunities in Northern Italy, managing existing customers and identifying new business prospects within the industrial and energy markets.

Main Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell electronic and electromechanical components.
  • Manage and develop relationships with customers, OEMs and distributors.
  • Identify new business opportunities in Northern Italy.
  • Provide technical and commercial support to customers.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts and project updates.
  • Use CRM tools to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
  • Participate in trade fairs and industry events.

Candidate Profile

  • 3–5 years of B2B sales experience in electronic or electromechanical components.
  • Good technical understanding of electronic, electromechanical and/or passive components.
  • Experience in industrial or energy markets is preferred.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Customer-oriented approach and ability to manage complex sales processes.
  • Good organizational skills and results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to work in an international environment.
  • Availability to travel.

Requirements

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Knowledge of SAP and CRM systems is considered a plus.
  • Technical studies in Eletrical Engineering or similar field are appreciated but not mandatory.
