Role and Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end pre‑sales and bid management process for SAP‑related opportunities.
- Collaborate with sales teams to define winning strategies and develop high‑quality proposals.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams (technical, functional, commercial) during the proposal phase.
- Drive the preparation of commercial and technical offers, ensuring competitiveness and financial sustainability.
- Support the development of complex enterprise deals in structured environments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and clients during the pre‑sales phase.
- Contribute to strategic initiatives and continuous improvement of pre‑sales processes.
- Work on SAP projects, mainly within greenfield contexts.
Required Skills
- ~10 years of experience in consulting firms.
- Proven background in project management and pre‑sales / bid management.
- Experience managing complex, large‑scale proposals in enterprise environments.
- Involvement in SAP greenfield projects in Finance and/or Logistics.
- Experience within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong ability to collaborate with both commercial and technical stakeholders.
- Results‑oriented mindset, with strong analytical and attention‑to‑detail skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
