CPH | Pevero Hotel, 5* luxury resort in Porto Cervo, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Booking Agent and an experienced Reservation Manager to join our Sales & Reservations team for the 2026 season.
This is a unique opportunity to work in one of the most iconic destinations in the Mediterranean, supporting high-end clientele from around the world.
What We're Looking For
Experience in luxury hospitality or international hotel environments
Fluent English (second language preferred)
Familiarity with PMS/CRS systems (Scrigno or similar)
Strong organizational and communication skills
Customer-centric mindset and problem-solving approach
What You'll Do
Handle reservation requests from direct guests and trade partners (TO/TA/OTA)
Manage booking confirmations and guest communications
Ensure accuracy in rates, availability, and guest preferences
Collaborate closely with our Sales, Revenue, and Front Office teams

Olbia / Porto Cervo (Sardinia)
Contract
