Report to Deck Construction Superintendent, the Structural & Architectural Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all structural and architectural construction activities at the site. The supervisor oversees supervision of steel structures, platforms, decks, cladding, walls, ceilings, insulation, and building interiors for living quarters, control rooms, substations, and other project facilities. The supervisor ensures work is executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications, codes, and standards.

Key Responsibilities- Structural Scope Supervision – Supervise fabrication and erection of structural steel components such as main decks, trusses, pipe racks, platforms, ladders, stairs, and supports; ensure alignment, welding, and bolting are done as per drawings and standards (AISC, AWS D1.1, API RP2A, etc.), monitor installation of load‑bearing structures and support systems, and coordinate lifting, fit‑up, and assembly of large modules or skids.
- Architectural Scope Supervision – Oversee installation of architectural finishes including internal partitions, flooring, wall panels, suspended ceilings, doors, windows, and furnishings; monitor external cladding, insulation, acoustic, and waterproofing systems; supervise HVAC architectural penetrations and MEP interface works.
- Quality, HSE & Compliance – Ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, codes, and client requirements; enforce safety procedures, PPE use and permit‑to‑work systems; participate in quality inspections, dimensional checks, material verifications; support punch listing, NCR resolution and final walk‑downs.
- Coordination & Reporting – Interface with other discipline supervisors (piping, electrical, HVAC, painting) to resolve site clashes; attend daily coordination meetings; contribute to planning and look‑ahead schedules; report daily activities, manpower and progress to Construction Manager or Project Engineer.
- Strong technical knowledge of structural and architectural materials, methods and standards.
- Ability to interpret fabrication drawings, architectural layouts and detail drawings.
- Hands‑on experience with offshore modules, building interiors and steel erection.
- Proficiency in using tools such as AutoCAD, Navisworks, or 3D model viewers.
- Leadership and coordination skills in multicultural and multi‑discipline environments.
- Bachelor of Science Degree (BSc) in Structural Engineering.
- At least eight (8) years of relevant work experience.
- Excellent spoken and written English, including proven ability to write reports.
