Role Summary

The Warranty Auditor is responsible for reviewing, verifying, and auditing warranty claims submitted by dealership departments to ensure compliance with warranty policies and internal guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Audit warranty repair orders and claims to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Verify proper documentation including technician notes, diagnostic results, parts usage, and labor times
  • Ensure compliance with manufacturer warranty policies and procedures
  • Identify discrepancies, errors, or potential fraudulent claims
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent (bachelor's degree in Business, Automotive Management, Engineering, or related field degree preferred)
  • 2+ years of experience in warranty administration, audit, or dealership aftersales operations
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturer warranty guidelines
  • Strong analytical and detail-oriented skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Experience working within multi-country or regional structures preferred
  • Fluency in English required; additional European languages are an advantage
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with automotive warranty auditing
  • Understanding of automotive repair operations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools
  • Strong problem-solving ability
Working Conditions
  • Hybrid work environment combining office-based (Turin) and remote work
  • Preferred region: Lombardia, Piemonte
  • Frequent travel required across various European countries to conduct on-site audits and dealership assessments
  • Regular collaboration with dealership service departments and management teams
  • Standard business hours with flexibility required to accommodate travel schedules and audit timelines
  • Occasional extended hours during peak audit periods or project deadlines
