IS HIRING As part of our continued growth, we are looking for an enthusiastic and innovative R&D Food Technologist to join our European Innovation Center in Savona, Italy. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on cutting-edge natural ingredient solutions, collaborate with international teams, support global customers, and contribute to the development of next-generation products focused on sugar reduction, wellness, and functional botanicals. Key Responsibilities

Develop Food & Beverage applications using natural botanical ingredients Formulate innovative solutions for sugar reduction, taste improvement and health-focused products Conduct laboratory trials and product evaluations Manage R&D projects from concept to commercial implementation Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing and Global R&D teams Provide technical support to customers and partners Coordinate external research projects with universities and laboratories Participate in customer meetings, presentations and technical workshops Qualifications

Degree in Food Science and Technology or related discipline 2–5 years of experience in Food Ingredients, Beverage, Flavours & Fragrances or related industries Strong interest in innovation and product development Fluent English Communication and project management skills Availability for occasional international travel What We Offer
