We’re looking for an Account Manager (Grocery & Retail) to join our team. In this role, you’ll help us guide the growth of our most strategic grocery partners, acting as a consultant to ensure Deliveroo remains a major revenue channel for global brands.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be joining the Grocery & Retail team. We oversee relationships with high‑volume strategic partners and global grocery brands, using data‑driven insights to navigate the rapidly evolving quick‑commerce landscape.

Strategic Partnership Management : Act as the primary consultant for a portfolio of major grocery and retail partners, building deep, long‑term relationships.

Growth Consulting : Use data manipulation and analysis to identify trends, increasing profitability and growth for both your partners and Deliveroo.

Revenue Generation : Drive commercial value through upselling, cross‑selling and identifying new business opportunities within your portfolio.

Cross‑Functional Leadership : Collaborate with Marketing, Operations and Customer Service to develop and implement bespoke solutions that solve partner challenges.

Operational Excellence : Serve as the main point of contact for strategic partners, addressing complex issues with professional, timely and scalable solutions.

What You’ll Need to Thrive

Significant commercial experience, with a background in retail, FMCG or high‑growth technology companies.

Deep knowledge of the food retail industry, understanding the unique challenges and opportunities within the grocery sector.

Proven ability to manage long‑term relationships with strategic stakeholders and global brands.

Technical competency in using data tools and program management applications to drive best practices and measure impact.

Professional fluency in English to collaborate with our global teams and partners.
