In this role you will develop and drive the marketing annual plan for assigned products, aligning global strategy with local execution to boost sales and profitability. You will coordinate marketing and field activities, contribute to the Oncology Franchise, and lead cross‑functional teams from concept to launch. You will oversee competitive intelligence, design local channel plans, and validate tools within budget and regulatory constraints. You will analyze ROI, manage events budgets, and steer digital solution initiatives to deliver measurable impact.
Responsibilities
- Develop, propose and implement the marketing annual plan for assigned products in line with Global Marketing and local BU objectives
- Coordinate marketing and field activities to ensure strategy follow‑up and coherence with global objectives
- Contribute to the development of the Oncology Franchise
- Organize competitive intelligence and local market studies; consolidate international market information
- Design local marketing plan by channel and targets and arbitrate for global alignment
- Lead cross‑functional teams from concept to launch, ensuring collaboration across design, engineering, quality, and data teams
- Review promotional materials and validate marketing tools within budgets and regulatory constraints
- Manage national conferences and congresses, including budget preparation
- Analyze marketing campaign results and tool effectiveness; monitor ROI and define corrective actions
- Ensure compliance and follow‑up on sales forecasts and profitability across geographic areas
- Lead the discovery, design and development of digital solutions
