Job Overview

Senior Cost Controller for Supply Chain & HR supporting the Finance team under the CFO. Responsibilities include cost analysis, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and business review.

Responsibilities

• Monthly close: reconcile data from multiple systems, verify variances, update product cost, and monitor allocation of supply‑chain costs.
• Reporting & analysis: prepare FTE reports, personnel cost analysis, SG&A expense analysis, support the income statement for Supply Chain, and generate materials for business reviews.
• Profitability analysis: conduct full product, channel, and customer profitability studies and evaluate new business opportunities.
• Planning & forecasting: participate in the annual budget definition, manage the quarterly forecast process, and collaborate with HR, Supply Chain, Finance, Production and Operations for data verification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance or Management Engineering.
• Experience in cost control or management accounting, preferably in structured manufacturing environments.
• Proficient in Excel and ERP systems (SAP, SAP BI, Qubes, Oscar).
• Good written and verbal English.
• Knowledge of monthly close, budgeting, forecasting and ability to read industrial & managerial P&L.
• Strong analytical skills, precision, deadline orientation and excellent communication in cross‑functional teams.

Contractual Offer

Direct permanent contract with the client company, salary based on experience (RAL), with MBO + 8€ ticket and one day per week of remote work.
