Experteer Overview Senior Regional Sales Manager leads the Sports Medicine business in Northern Italy, building and coaching a high-performing team while managing direct and indirect channels. You drive regional growth, strengthen hospital partnerships, and ensure commercial excellence in a fast-paced, strategic environment. You will shape the future of Sports Medicine within a globally innovative MedTech company, collaborating across functions to deliver outstanding customer experience and sustainable results.

  • Act as role model within leadership team and mentor others
  • Support local and European strategic initiatives
  • Act as delegate for the Business Unit Manager when required

Responsabilità

  • Bachelor
  • 10+ years of professional experience
  • Valid driving licence
  • Proven track record of achieving/exceeding commercial targets
  • Experience in Medical Devices, Sports Medicine, Orthopedic Implants, or operating theatres
  • Experience managing complex stakeholder environments and long sales cycles
  • Experience leading through influence, coaching, and people development
  • Commercial and financial acumen with strong business planning capabilities
  • Experience with CRM systems and MS Office tools
  • Capital Sales experience is a plus
  • Fluent English;
    travel ~70%
  • Minimum 4 years leading successful sales teams
