Experteer Overview As a Success Plan Manager, you help customers realize measurable value from SAP investments by guiding adoption, optimization, and outcomes across SAP solutions. You will partner with account teams and delivery groups to maintain success documentation, governance meetings, and progress tracking. You act as a trusted advisor, driving value, risk awareness, and aligned governance. This role is embedded in a collaborative, growth‑oriented culture and offers a meaningful opportunity to shape customer outcomes at scale. Responsibilities Develop and maintain customer success documentation Lead governance meetings including quarterly reviews and steering sessions Track adoption milestones, consumption indicators, and value realization inputs Identify risks proactively and prepare escalation plans Collaborate with internal partners like Customer Engagement Partners, Enterprise Architects, and delivery teams Learn and apply SAP's integrated toolchain (HEP, dashboards, Cloud ALM, and customer insights tools) Contribute to continuous improvement of engagement quality and customer experience Support executive-level relationships with trust, transparency, and consistent delivery quality Coordinate internal SAP stakeholders to clarify roles, responsibilities, and ownership Ensure alignment between customer priorities, SAP recommendations, and delivered outcomes Uphold SAP standards for service quality, governance, and customer engagement excellence Qualifications STEM degree or equivalent technology experience 5+ years in project management or as a functional/technical consultant with team leadership and coordination Hands‑on exposure to solution implementation, integrations, and cloud modernization patterns Proven focus on customer value metrics, driving consumption, retention, and time-to-value SAP solution architecture knowledge (S/4 HANA, HANA, SAP BTP, Cloud/Saa S) Awareness of governance, risk mitigation, performance, security, and disaster-recovery considerations Ability to translate business needs into technical/functional requirements and practical roadmaps Benefits great benefits continuous learning and skill growth focus on wellbeing inclusion and belonging flexible working models team development and support #J-18808-Ljbffr
