Our stores are the first point of contact with our consumers and the heart of everything we do.Your Role and Impact As Assistant Store Manager, you will play a key role in driving store performance by supporting the Store Manager in the day-to-day operations and execution of retail standards. You will help create a high-performing, consumer-focused environment by leading the team on the shop floor, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering a premium adidas experience.You will act as a role model, motivating and developing your team while contributing to a culture of collaboration, inclusion, and continuous improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, including sales, customer service, replenishment, inventory, and complianceLead by example on the sales floor, ensuring a premium consumer experience and strong service cultureMotivate, coach, and develop team members to achieve store targets and grow their capabilitiesDrive execution of store processes and standards to ensure smooth and efficient operationsSupport recruitment, onboarding, and training of new hiresMonitor and analyze store KPIs, identifying opportunities to improve performance and profitabilityEnsure Visual Merchandising standards are maintained in line with brand guidelinesHandle challenging interpersonal situations professionally and support a positive team environmentTake ownership of specific store responsibilities and lead initiatives in line with business needsStep in for the Store Manager when requiredWhat We Are Looking For In YouMinimum 18 months of experience in a retail environment (sports/fashion preferred), including supervisory responsibility or experience as Assistant Store ManagerStrong team leadership and coaching skillsSolid understanding of retail operations and store processesStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret KPIs and drive performanceGood knowledge of Visual Merchandising principlesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsGood knowledge of MS OfficeFluent in English and ItalianWhat We OfferSalary starting from €32kVariable bonusWelfare and corporate benefits programEmployee Assistance Program and accident insuranceLearning and development opportunitiesNot the right job for you?
