Our client is a global manufacturing organisation delivering a large-scale D365FO transformation program across Europe. They are looking for an experienced D365FO Finance Consultant with strong expertise in Italian localization to support finance process design, statutory compliance, and localization activities across their 10+ Italian entities.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support finance and localization workstreams within D365FO
- Configure and support core D365FO Finance modules including GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, and Cash & Bank
- Support Italian localization requirements including VAT, electronic invoicing (SDI/FatturaPA), Intrastat, withholding tax, and statutory reporting
- Perform fit-gap analysis and recommend compliant finance solutions aligned to local regulations
- Support testing, UAT, cutover, and post-go-live activities
Requirements:
- 7+ years of Dynamics AX / D365FO experience
- Strong accounting or finance background is required
- Hands-on experience with Italian localization within D365FO
- Strong understanding of; Italian VAT and tax processes, statutory accounting and electronic invoicing requirements
- Experience delivering ERP implementations within enterprise environments
- Experience working on multi-entity or multi-country rollouts
- Strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills
- Comfortable working in fast-paced delivery environments Fluent Italian and professional English required
